Management Audit

Evaluate potential of your managers!

A Management Audit is the process of assessing the potential of a manager in relation to future challenges and tasks through methods defined in advance. During a Management Audit we utilize our branch knowledge and “best practice” tradition. The Pharmonia Management Audit process consists of the following phases:

Purpose and phases of Management Audit:

Initial Phase

On the basis of our client’s current and future strategies, the competency criteria for specific positions is defined as the evaluation base. This anticipates a detailed analysis of the current and future situation performed by the consultant in cooperation with the client.

Assessment Phase

Based on an elaborately prepared interview guide, the consultant conducts a structured interview which is based on the competency criteria. This interview can be supported by a 360-degree evaluation, case studies, benchmarking and psychometric tests.

Feedback

The participant obtains feedback about the results, which is created according to the requirements for the given assignment and the professional profile of the participant.

Final report

The client obtains a written final report according to the assignment given and a personal summary by the consultant. The content of the final report suggests measures for further professional development of each participant.
