Market Access Manager CZ&SK

You Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate price and reimbursement requirements as well as market access hurdles in Czech Republic & Slovakia in order to develop successfull pricing and approval strategies
• Anticipate price changes in Czech Republic & Slovakia, estimate the effects on both markets for planning purposes and business cases, launch execution, and stakeholder communication
• Support negotiations with health authorities and drive access innovation
• Coordination and heading of local pricing comitee to facilitate approvals by Corporate
• Participate in cross-functional activities, such as business case preparations, budgeting processes
• Monitor market trends, local legislative and ensure compliance with company standards
• Represent the company in key working groups and networks

• 3+ years of experience in market access as well as in pricing agenda
• Strong knowledge of Czech and Slovak healthcare system
• University degree and background in health economics, business, medicine, or life sciences (Bachelor's or higher)
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Skilled in project management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English
• Resident of Czech Republic or Slovakia
