What you will do:
- Lead & Inspire: Take full P&L and top-line sales responsibility while providing energizing, hands-on leadership to two Regional Sales Managers and their Teams, alongside one Key Account Manager
- Drive Strategy: Translate global commercial strategy into impactful regional plans, setting challenging targets and clear execution priorities
- Build High-Performing Teams: Foster a culture of excellence, mentor sales talent, build succession pipelines, and embed modern partnership selling methodologies
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Work seamlessly with Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and Commercial Excellence to cultivate a true "One Company" mindset
- Key Stakeholder Engagement: Negotiate high-impact commercial opportunities and build strong partnerships with top-tier healthcare customers and decision-makers
Who you are:
- Commercial Mindset: Proven track record in medical device sales management with a passion for results and continuous business growth
- Dynamic & Energetic Leader: High drive, strong strategic agility, and the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop people in a fast-paced environment
- Tech- & Data-Driven: Solid experience with CRM platforms, pipeline analytics, and sales force effectiveness tools
- Strategic Communicator: Excellent negotiation skills and fluency in both English and Czech/Slovak
- Educational Background: BA/BS degree required; MBA is a plus
- Residence: Prague or surrounding areas
