About the Role

On behalf of our client—a top-tier global pharmaceutical company—we are looking for an experienced and strategic E-Health Business Development Manager.
In this key role, you will lead the creation and expansion of commercial e-health partnerships across the Czech Republic. You will identify growth opportunities across telehealth platforms, digital clinics, and online pharmacies, taking strategic initiatives from concept to successful execution. Your primary objective will be enhancing patient access to care while building long-term commercial value.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and deliver the local digital health roadmap aligned with overall commercial priorities and market trends.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate agreements with telehealth providers, digital pharmacies, and healthcare platforms.
- Business Modeling: Build robust business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses to prioritize partnership opportunities.
- End-to-End Implementation: Turn agreed concepts into compliant, operational initiatives by aligning internal and external stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Finance, and Legal/Compliance to ensure fully compliant and sustainable operations.
- Performance & Scaling: Track partnership outcomes, scale successful models, and represent the Czech affiliate in regional digital health forums.
What We Are Looking For
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of commercial business development, strategic partnerships, and digital health experience
- Commercial Acumen: Strong track record in financial modeling, business case development, and senior-level negotiations.
- Healthcare Insight: In-depth understanding of the Czech healthcare landscape, sales channels, and digital health economics.
- Regulatory & Compliance Mindset: High ethical standards with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments safely.
- Education: University degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or Life Sciences.
- Languages: Fluency in both Czech and English is essential.
- Really Nice to have: Practical experience in telehealth / digital healthcare ecosystems.
